Boomer Retires!

Hello Penguins,
Well it has been said Boomer retired! He retired a while ago and it was meant to be permanet but he came back to ACP.However now Boommer quits ACP and other CP Armies? ALot of people were asking who is the new leader? I even went to their chat a little bit earlier and a bunch of people were talking about New Leader. Most people say without Boomer ACP will fall apart. We are still looking forward to Dryvitt leader thoe. The question is Will the ACP ever be the same again without Boomer? Comment and tell me your answer! Also alot of armies have been going around saying I think ACP should fall apart because ACP has too many people and It's not fair all other armies have a medium amount ACP has because ACP has 100+.
